Dr Mark Micallef is a digital transformation expert with extensive experience in designing, building and deploying multi-year transformation programs in various industries. He holds a PhD in digital transformation and innovation management from RMIT University, where he was also an adjunct lecturer in strategic, B2B and network marketing.
Mark is a respected academic, having authored several publications in leading international journals including the Journal of personal selling & sales management and Industrial marketing management. His research has won several global accolades, including the best thesis in B2B marketing for 2024
He is also an experienced sales director, sales manager and salesperson, with more than 20 years of practical experience and a further eight years’ experience consulting in sales, transformation, leadership and buyer success.
